发明名称 IMPACT-RESISTANT ACRYLIC RESIN LAMINATED SHEET IMPROVED IN WEATHERABILITY
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated sheet generating no delamination by thermal molding while holding impact resistance being the original feature of a resin by providing an extremely thin acrylic resin layer of a general grade specified in its thickness to the single surface or both surfaces of an impact-resistant acrylic resin layer. CONSTITUTION:A substrate part is composed of an impact-resistant resin and a general acrylic resin layer (lamination part) with thickness of 0.5 - below 5mum having an alkyl methacrylate unit having a 1 - 4C alkyl group is co- extruded along with the substrate part so as to be laminated to the single surface or both surfaces of the substrate part to prepare an acrylic resin laminated sheet. A co-extrusion method is suitable in order to form the lamination part as an extremely thin layer and, since the flowabilities of both layers at the time of lamination can be matched to make it possible to uniformize both layers, both layers are good in close adhesiveness and also become similar in molding strain.
