PURPOSE:To mold a protector only through extrusion molding by passing a molding through an underside cutting process and a pushing process and forming the molding with a rounded terminal section, in which a terminal is bevelled. CONSTITUTION:When a synthetic resin material in an extruder 30 is extruded at constant extrusion speed and extruded in desired length, a blade section 45 formed at the front end of a shutter 41 is abutted agains the underside of a gradually extruded synthetic-resin molded form 20, and penetrated into the synthetic-resin molded form 20 under a softened state, and a recessed notched section 25, in which an end section is formed in a tapered shape, is formed. When the recessed notched section 25 in which an underside is recessed and notched in a trapezoidal shape reaches the lower section of a compression device, a press roller 51 is lowered. The recessed notched section 25 formed to the underside of the synthetic-resin molded form 20 is crushed gradually with the movement of the synthetic-resin molded form 20 by pushing from the top face of the synthetic-resin molded form 20 of the press roller 51, and a top-face recessed section 26 having tapered shapes at before and after end sections in the progressive direction on the top face of the molded form 20 is formed. |
