PURPOSE:To obtain a decorative metal sheet wherein projected parts and recessed parts are freely divided by color by forming an uneven pattern with the first polyvinyl chloride layer colored and covering the whole surface and the second polyvinyl chloride layer at least on one face of a metal sheet. CONSTITUTION:A decorative metal sheet 1 is an uneven body constituted of a steel sheet 2, the first coating layer 3 and the second coating layer 4. Both the first coating layer 3 and the second coating layer 4 are made of polyvinyl chloride and each layer has a different color. In addition, the first coating layer 3 covers the whole surface of the steel sheet 2 and the second coating layer 4 forms a pattern at intervals. In addition, as the second coating layer 4 not only has a height of about 300mum but has a different color tone, the uneven feeling is emphasized to result in a very beautiful decorative metal sheet. After the pattern is formed like this, baking is performed to complete the decorative metal sheet 1 of the present invention. |
