FRAME ASSEMBLY FOR A PHOTOCELL-TYPE SMOKE DETECTOR

A frame assembly for a photocell-type smoke detector wherein a frame provided with a luminescent part and a light receiving part is fastened to the base of the detector with a shield plate intervening therebetween is disclosed in which the frame has a diameter to wholly cover the surface of the shield plate and is adapted to be supported by the base through the shield plate in order to make it possible to easily and rapidly assemble the detector.
