The stuff forming plate or tube shape, is used for wrapping glass- wool duct in heating or cooling apparatus. The method comprising flame spraying or centrifugal method, has a first process of spraying phenolic resin reacted with 2-6 % phenol, 90-96 % water, 0.9-3 % ammonium sulfate, 0.3-3 % ammonia on mono-fibric glass wool and hot-compressing and hardening; second process of spraying surface-treating agent mixed with 50-55 % ammonium sulfate, 0.2-0.8 % surfactant,20-30 % inorganic hardening agent, 2-6 % dust-collecting and water-repellent agent, 10-25 % inorganic dyestuff on the first-processed glass-wool and bonding aluminium foil on the other side of the stuff.
