PURPOSE:To prevent the overlapped turn-on of a heater by diciding the generating timing of a heater turn-on request signal in accordance with the set value of a dip switch. CONSTITUTION:When all of the terminals (a), (b), and (c) of a device number setting switch 5 of a 1st printer are off like an upper printer 1, a request signal is assigned at a zero cross signal. Meanwhile, when the terminals (a), (b), and (c) of the device number setting switch 5 of a 2nd printer are on, off and off like a lower printer 1, the request signal is assigned at a point which is deviated t(ms) from the zero cross signal. Therefore, the request signal is assigned by delaying 2t(ms) in a 3rd printer and 3t(ms) in a 4th printer, respectively. The zero cross signal is utilized as a start timing. Thus, ordering is perfectly maintained and the overlapped turn-on of the heater is evaded in plural printers. |
