PURPOSE:To automate the guidance/service operations not only by informing the customers of the arrangement of seats in a store and the using situations of these seats but by guiding the customers to each desired seat and transmitting the messages of orders of the customers, etc., to a control center. CONSTITUTION:When a customer inputs the desired number of persons by means of a seat input means 12, the available seats are displayed on a seat display means 11. Then the customer inputs his desired seat, a seat guidance means 13 provided to the seat works to guide the customer to his desired seat. At the same time, a control display means 16 provided at a control center of a store displays the using situation of each seat. When the customer inputs the messages of orders, etc., by a message input means 14 provided at each seat. These input messages are also displayed on the means 16. If the desired number of seats are not secured when the customer inputs the desired number of persons, the waiting time is displayed on the means 11. At the same time, an order display member is issued to the customer to show the waiting order for vacant seats. Thus the guidance/service operations are automated in the store. |
