<p>PURPOSE:To record a phenomenon of the lowering of an input voltage and its occurrence time by holding the detection results of the detection means for these phenomenon and time respectively and then writing these held contents into a readable storage means at the later application of a power supple. CONSTITUTION:When the input voltage level is lowered, a power source originates an AC FAIL signal and this signal is detected by a detection mans 32 which holds its state even at power supply OFF. This detection result is held and then a lowering phenomenon of the input voltage level is held. Furthermore a time counter means 26 which holds its state even at power supply OFF is stopped by the AC FAIL signal. Thus the time when the input voltage level is lowered is held. Then the time counting stop time held by the means 26 is read out as long as the level reduction phenomenon detection state is held when the power supply of a device is applied again. Then this phenomenon and the time counting stop time is stored is a storage means 22 which holds its state even after the power supply is turned off. Thus the files can be obtained for the input voltage lowering phenomenon and its occurrence time.</p> |
