PURPOSE:To attain this profile and miniaturization of the driver main body by making an optical axis tying an objective lens and a 1st deflection member in parallel with an optical axis tying a 2nd deflection member and a 3rd deflection member in a luminous flux and arranging the 2nd deflection member above the 3rd deflection member. CONSTITUTION:A deflection prism PI (3rd deflection member) is arranged into a luminous flux in a deflection prism PII (1st deflection member) and a rotary mirror MR (2nd deflection member). Then in the luminous flux, an optical axis OL typing an objective lens 11 and the deflection prism PII and an optical axis OL typing the rotary mirror MR and the deflection prism PI are arranged in parallel and the rotary mirror MR is arranged above (upper direction I) the deflection prism PI. Thus, the 2nd deflection member comprising of the rotary mirror MR is placed above the optical axis OL for the luminous flux made incident in the 1st deflection member PII mounted on a carriage 1. Thus, the thin profile and miniaturization of the driver main body are attained. |
