PURPOSE:To simplify the usability and configuration of an integrated circuit by selecting a process circuit block to be inspected in corresponding to a prefixed combination of control signals when the control signals are inputted. CONSTITUTION:Data are inputted from the first terminal 3 and processed at plural processing circuit blocks which are in operating statuses according to control signals inputted from the second terminals 4a-4d. When a prefixed combination of control signals is inputted form the terminals 4a-4d at the time of processing the data, an operating status designating signal outputting means 29 outputs one of plural operating status designating signals including an ordinary operating status designating signal and inspection operating status designating signal. At the time of inspecting operations, the means 29 outputs an inspection operating status designating signal when a corresponding control signal is inputted from the second terminals 4a-4d and leads out the designating signal of a process circuit block to be inspected when the designating data of the process circuit block to be inspected are inputted from the first terminal 3. Therefore, any process circuit block to be inspected can be selected and the versatility and configuration can be simplified. |
