PURPOSE:To improve shelf stability by interposing a middle layer contg. an inert substance not functioning as a photographic processing agent and not affecting photographic performance between layers separately contg. the constituents of a photographic processing agent causing a reaction with each other. CONSTITUTION:A middle layer contg. an inert substance not functioning as a photographic processing agent and not practically affecting photographic performance is interposed between layers separately contg. the constituents of a photographic processing agent causing a reaction with each other. Since the middle layer is composed essentially of substances which are not the constituents of the photographic processing agent, the number of layers and thickness can properly be set so as to inhibit the reaction of the constituents with each other. For example, a developing agent and an alkali agent are separated with a middle layer of a substance inert to both the agents. The contact of the agents is prevented and the deterioration of the processing performance is prevented even after storage over a long period of time. |
