PURPOSE:To stabilize a work in quality and remarkably improve the efficiency of a laminating process by separating the laminating process into a first process and a second process and performing lamination by changing the heating conditions and the pressurizing conditions of the work for the first process and the second process. CONSTITUTION:The temperature of hot plates 5 arranged so as to sandwich a work 10 from the outside of dies 8 is set at a rapidly heating temperature T1 ( 2T) which is higher than the standard laminating temperature T, the pressurizing force of the hot plates 5, namely the force in the arrows F and F' directions is set at heating pressure P1 (50kg/cm<2> or lower) which is lower than the standard laminating pressure P and a first laminating process is performed. When the temperature of the work 10 reaches the prescribed temperature, namely, the temperature slightly lower than the standard temperature, the hot plates 5 are removed from the dies 8 once in order to reduce the temperature of the hot plates to the standard laminating temperature T, the pressurizing force of the hot plates 5 is reset at the standard laminating pressure P and the second laminating process is performed as two-step lamination. |
