PURPOSE:To control the decomposing speed of ozone to continuously dissolve the ozone over a long period and pressure the continuation of sterilizing effect of ozone at nearly the same level for a long time by spraying aqueous ozone in which ozone is dissolved in water together with the air into a sterilizing target space. CONSTITUTION:An aqueous ozone having a desired concentration is produced in an ozone water producing device 4, and forcedly fed into a pipeline 6 together with the air by a pressure-feeding device 5. The aqueous ozone and air flowing in the pipeline 6 are sprayed to all the corners in a sterilizing target space 1 from a plurality of spray nozzles 3 disposed on the ceiling surface 2 of the sterilizing target space 1 as a mist of superfine particles. The sprayed ozone is separated from water, floating in the space 1, and decomposed by the contact with the moisture floating in the space 1 and the moisture dewed on the surfaces of producing equipments provided in the space 1 to generate activated oxygen. The space 1 and the producing equipments are powerfully sterilized by the action of this activated oxygen. |
