PURPOSE:To efficiently adjust meshing by supporting a transmission case on the case of an actuator through a bearing and screwingly supporting the actuator case on a carrier case. CONSTITUTION:When actuator cases 17 and 19 are turned rightward or leftward around the axis centers of the output shafts 7 and 9, the cases 17 and 19 shift so as to approach or separate from a driving pinion gear 47, for a carrier case 1, by the screwing operation between a female screw 29 and a male screw 31, and also a differential gear case 41 and a ring gear 45 shift, together with the cases 17 and 19. Through this shift, the tooth contact state (backlash) between the drive pinion gear 47 and the ring gear 45 is freely adjusted. Further, each pre-load of the left and right bearings 35 and 37 which axially support the differential gear case 41 is adjusted at the same time.
