PURPOSE:To perform molding suitable for an inexpensive lightweight bumper by integrally molding a molded body having a face part on one surface thereof and a reinforced part on the other surface thereof by blow molding. CONSTITUTION:An accumulator head 1 is divided into two left and right parts and resin introducing pipes 4, 5 are respectively connected to two left and right divided parts 2, 3 and the face part material 8 and reinforce part material 9 melted and kneaded by extruders 6, 7 are introduced into two divided parts 2, 3 through the resin introducing pipes 4, 5. The introduced resin materials 8, 9 are extruded from an annular slit but, since two divided parts 2, 3 are formed up to the part slightly inside the annular slit and the opening parts thereof are continuous, both materials are mutually fused at the point of time when they are extruded from the slit to become a cylindrical parison 10. This parison 10 is held between left and right molds 11, 12 and subjected to air blow to form a bumper 14 wherein one surface thereof is composed of the material 8 for a face part and the other surface thereof is composed of the material 9 for a reinforced part and a hollow part 13 having high shock absorbing capacity is provided. |
