An apparatus for manufacturing a hollow pipe is provided to improve mass-production efficiency of products and reduce after service cost of the products by enabling hollow pipes to be manufactured continuously. An apparatus for manufacturing a hollow pipe(P) includes: a molten steel storage container(1) in which molten steel(M) is stored, and which has a discharge hole(13) formed in a bottom part(11) thereof to discharge the molten steel through the discharge hole; a guide member(2) inserted into the discharge hole in a state that an outer peripheral surface of the guide member is spaced from an inner peripheral surface of the discharge hole; and an electromagnet(3) liftably installed at an inner side of the guide member to descend molten steel by magnetic force, the molten steel being solidified while the molten steel is discharged through an opening(15) between the inner peripheral surface of the discharge hole and the outer peripheral surface of the guide member. The apparatus additionally includes an auxiliary electromagnet(4) that is liftably installed at the inner side of the guide member and descends the molten steel solidified while the molten steel is discharged through the opening by allowing the auxiliary electromagnet together with the electromagnet to alternately generate the magnetic force.
