PURPOSE:To facilitate the parts mortgage processing necessary for recovery of troubles and the version number control of parts by producing the mortgage data based on a parts list received from a terminal system and sending these data to a host system in order to perform the stock allocation processing. CONSTITUTION:A development display screen is divided into four fields A1-A4 on a display screen 12, and the image of a desired parts or a partial image including the desired parts is displayed. Under such conditions, a pen touch is applied into the field A1. This touch is detected by a display program 9 and a field code is sent to a parts table transfer program 10. The program 10 uses the field code and the version number information as keys and refers to a parts component table master 13 to acquire a parts component list code. A parts table transfer program 5 of a host system 1 receives the parts component table code and refers to a parts master 3 to extract the corresponding parts table. In a parts table the codes are applied to the parts respectively and transferred to a terminal system 2. Then these codes are displayed on the screen 12. |
