<p>PURPOSE:To continuously stick a gathering elastic member to a sheet member at high speed and prevent the formation of openings on both ends of the elastic member by coating plural kinds of adhesives by a specified method. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive 4 having a short set time and an adhesive 5 having a long set time are intermittently applied onto a sheet member 1 in such a manner that they are not superposed to each other, an elastic member 2 in extended state is stuck onto the sheet member 2, and the adhesives 4, 5 are applied onto the surface of the elastic member 2 corresponding to the applied adhesives 4, 5 to stick a sheet member 3 to the elastic member 2. When the integrated sheet members 1, 3 and the elastic member 2 are cut to form a cut piece 7 before the adhesive 5 is hardened, in the part to which the adhesive 4 is applied, the adhesive 4 is hardened, and the elastic member 2 is stuck to the sheet members 1, 3 as it is in the extended state. In the part to which the adhesive 5 is applied, the adhesive 5 is not hardened, and the elastic member 2 is contracted and then stuck to the sheet members 1, 3, and in the part in which the elastic member 2 is blanked by contraction, the sheet members 1, 3 are directly stuck to each other by the adhesive 5 to eliminate an opening.</p> |
