<p>PURPOSE:To detect a capacitor when the device consists of a circuit of the capacitor and a resistance by applying the same voltage to a first and a second nodes, and subsequently, grounding a second node and detecting supply currents for applying a voltage to a first node, respectively. CONSTITUTION:In a state that a node C is grounded, the same voltage VA is applied to anode A and B through a multiplexer part 4 from voltage application sources 2, 3. In this case, (no current flows to a capacitor Z1), a current supplied to the node A from the application source 2 is detected 6, A/D- converted 7 and stored in a CPU 9. The CPU D/A-converts a stored reference current value and outputs it to a comparator 8. Subsequently, when the node B is grounded, a charging current flows to the capacitor Z1. The current in this case is detected 6 and given to the A/D converter 7 and the comparator 8. The comparator 8 compares the current value from the detector 6 with the reference current value, and when it exceeds the reference current value even once, it is decided that the electronic parts Z1 exist between the nodes A, B, and a decision output is outputted to the CPU 9. From a waveform of a detection current, it is known that the parts Z1 are a capacitor.</p> |
