An apparatus for preventing the loss of coastal sand is provided to minimize the loss of coastal sand to the sea by making strong waves advancing from the sea to the seashore break on a main body of an apparatus for preventing the loss of coastal sand and a revetment blocks and weakening the wave forces, and to lower down the installation expenses of an apparatus for preventing the loss of a coastal sand. An apparatus for preventing the loss of coastal sand is formed by installing many main bodies(1) to the bottom of the sea at regular intervals and installing a flexible connector(2) having hooks(21) to be suspended on hangers(15) installed on the outer circumferential surface of the main body of an apparatus for preventing the loss of coastal sand between the adjacent main bodies, and installing many heavy revetment blocks having many spaces to let seawater pass through on each main body of an apparatus for preventing the loss of coastal sand to correspond to large waves, wherein wild advancing waves break on a perforated structure by many supports(14) installed on the outside of the main body of an apparatus for preventing the loss of coastal sand in the lattice type and many railway sleepers of the revetment block, and weaken through the main body of an apparatus for preventing the loss of coastal sand and the revetment blocks installed on the main body to flow out to the sea without the loss of coastal sand. |
