PURPOSE:To manufacture a tough bag body fiber molding of integral structure which is easily wound and excellent in its storage property and highly reliable by winding a very thin tape etc. onto a mandrel while heating the tape, without molding the bag body from textile or knitting. CONSTITUTION:Tape-shaped open weaving yarn 1 is passed through a rubber solution impregnating device 2 and impregnated with a rubber solution 3 and then the amount of rubber attached to the yarn 1 is controlled using a doctor knife 4. A tape 5 thus obtained is passed between opposite rollers 7, 8 and passed around rollers 9, 10 and heated by a far infrared heater 11 and then wound onto a disc-shaped mandrel 14 via a delivery eye 14 reciprocating in the direction parallel to a rotary shaft 13; i.e. the tape-shaped open weaving yarn 1 is wound onto the mandrel 14 while being heated so as to obtain a bag body and thereby fiber is softened and its coefficient of friction is increased to prevent portions between the tapes or the tape and the mandrel from being slid against each other and freely control the wound form of the tape. |
