SOLID ELECTROLYTE FUEL CELL

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve adhesion between a cell tube and a metal tube plate and also improve maintenance by attaching a ring having a flange to an outer periphery of the cell tube and hanging the cell tube from the metal tube plate. CONSTITUTION:A step 19 is formed on an opening 15a at a predetermined position of a metal tube plate 15, while a seal ring 20 having a flange is attached to an outer periphery of a cell tube 17 via alumina and inorganic heat-resistant adhesive 21 so that the flange is in contact with a sealing face 19 of the metal tube plate 15 to have the cell tube 17 hung from them metal tube plate 15. Therefore a lower face of the flange of the seal ring 20 is appropriately in plane contact with a sealing face 19a of the metal tube plate 15 by the own weight of the cell tube 17 to securely seal gas. Therefore it is possible to finish the sealing face only with mechanical work while strict dimensional accuracy is not required in dimensions.
