The folding golf trolley is composed of a folding framework consisting of a lower framework piece (2) and an upper framework piece (3) which are articulated together. A right-angle support (10) fastened on the lower framework piece (2) receives legs (11, 12) mounted in an articulated manner and which, at their lower end, carry wheels (13, 14). A linking piece, consisting of a flexible strap (19), prevents the legs (11, 12) moving apart beyond a permitted measurement, this strap being preferably made from plastic and more precisely from a plastic based on polypropylene. The strap (19) is fastened to the legs (11, 12) between the latter, by means, for example, of rivetting or of screwing. The invention applies to new folding golf trolleys as well as to folding golf trolleys already in service. <IMAGE>
