PURPOSE:To omit imperfect adhesive bonding, unadhesion, curl and coloring, etc., by a method in which the air vent-port to which air vent-grooves and a sealable adapter are fitted, is provided on at least one substance, and an adhesive is applied between two substances so that air does not leak, and then after they have been stuck mutually at reduced pressure, they are sealed. CONSTITUTION:For instance, when the lenticular lens for producing three dimensional print, is stuck to the synthetic resin film printed into three dimension, a vent groove 2 is worked on the rear surface of said lens 1, and a vent port 3 is provided on a part of it, and then an air vent-pipe is welded thereto, and the periphery of the air vent-groove 2 is coated with zellylike adhesive 4. A film 5 is set on the lens, and pitch-register is achieved from front surface. Air is vented from the air-vent port 3 with a vacuum pump, etc., and the lens 1 is closely bonded to the film 5 perfectly. In this salt, its periphery is sealed with an adhesive tape 6, etc., and then the air-vent pipe is blocked with heat seal, etc., and said process is finished. |
