PURPOSE:To enable a daily inspection and a fine inspection without an overall service interruption, by dividing a network bus into two systems. CONSTITUTION:A network bus 4 is divided into two systems 4A, 4B, and a take-off part 5 is done so too. By enabling protector parts, each comprising a network transformer 6, a network protector 7, a breaker and a network relay 10, to stop each circuit, the inspections of the protector parts are performed. Also, when inspecting the take-off parts 5 and the network buses 4A, 4B, by releasing breakers 8A, 8B for receiving electric power in the take-off parts 5, the take-off part of each system can be inspected. Thereby, when performing a maintenance-inspection and when a failure is generated, the places subjected to service interruptions can be reduced to the minimum. |
