<p>PURPOSE:To exactly and easily determine the state of beginning of works by providing an work storage means for storing information on workload criteria, a discriminating means for discriminating workpieces, a workpiece storage means for storing the discriminated results, and a load calculating means for calculating load to a predetermined production capacity. CONSTITUTION:Advancing state data of works are read out. The initialization of the number of unfinished works and the time required for beginning work is performed. Works having data records of set production No.codes in operation or in standby condition are referred for each work-area code. After that, the number of referred data records is counted for the work-area codes, and the number of counts are added to the preceding processing results for the work- area codes to be rewritten in columns of number of unfinished works. Thus, the time required for beginning works is calculated from the number of unfinished works and the standard time corresponding to each work-area code, and the calculated results are added to the preceding processing results for the work-area codes to be rewritten in columns of the above time for beginning works. When there is no production No.code of low rank order, the determined state of beginning of works are indicated as necessary.</p> |
