PURPOSE:To obtain a spirally grooved bar body made of FRP without cutting reinforcing fibers and causing unevenness of the adhesion of a spiral material by winding beltlike materials around a bar body made of FRP before curing so as to form a part of a spiral, pressing them against the bar body, performing the pultrusion of the bar body, and then unwinding the beltlike materials after the curing of the bar body. CONSTITUTION:A winding unit A is provided with a winding rotor 3, which is rotatably supported on a frame 1 to rotate around a bar body 9 made of FRP and to which two winding drums are mounted rotatably at symmetrical positions, and a motor 2; a curing oven unit B has a die 8 for heating and pultrusion; and an unwinding unit C is provided with an unwinding rotor 5, which is supported on a frame 1 to rotate around the above-mentioned bar body 9 and to which two unwinding drums 6 are fixed at symmetrical positions, and a motor 2. At the inlet of the curing oven unit B, beltlike materials 7 mounted to the drums 4 are wound, while rotating, around the bar body 9 made of FRP composed of the material of resin-impregnated glass fiber bundles, and the bar body 9 moves into the die 8, so that the beltlike materials 7 are pressed against the surface of the bar body 9, which is to be cured, and unwound by the above-mentioned unwinding drums 6 at the outlet of the die 8. Thus, a spirally grooved bar body made of FRP can be obtained. |
