The invention relates to a device making it possible to obtain high lift coefficients without deformation of the profile or alteration of its aerodynamic qualities, nor the use of heavy or complex mechanical devices. It consists of an ioniser apparatus controlled electrically by an incidence indicator and intended to cause ionisation of the air molecules of the boundary layer at the instant when they pass above orifices situated on the wing upper surface. An electric motor, also controlled by incidence indicator, drives an insulating disc in rotation which rubs on the insulating layer of the double coating of the wing (one conducting layer + one insulating layer). This rubbing causes electrification of the coating which will make it possible to attract the ionised molecules of the boundary layer, thus avoiding them separating at the high incidences.
