<p>PURPOSE:To arbitrarily set the lie angle and the loft angle of the club head by the same head molding metallic mold by constituting the club head of a club head main body in which a spacer fitting hole of a roughly conical shape whose hole diameter of a sole bottom part is larger than the neck upper parties formed, and a spacer member provided with a shaft fitting hole having the prescribed lie angle and loft angle. CONSTITUTION:In a shaft fitting part of a heel side of a club head main body 1, a spacer fitting hole 7 of a roughly conical shape which is larger than the shaft diameter (d), and also, whose hole diameter D2 of a sole bottom part is larger than the diameter D1 of the neck upper end 6a is formed. To this spacer fitting hole 7, a tapered cylindrical spacer member 9 provided with a shaft fitting hole 8 is fitted. The spacer member 9 is molded by a resin material, etc., in a different process, and has the prescribed lie angle alpha and loft angle. In such a way, the club head having various lie angles and loft angles is molded without necessitating many molding metallic molds.</p> |
