PURPOSE:To enhance the stability of photochromic layer and the higher absorbance thereby making the multiple recording feasible by a method wherein multiple layers comprising photochromic materials in different compositions are laminated as LB films. CONSTITUTION:The title dummy wafer is provided with overcoated layers composed of organic photochromic layer bodies laminated with multiple Langmuir Blodgette(LB) films comprising organic photochromic materials in different compositions from one another and a polymer. The absorbing wavelength of the merocyanine or spiropyrane base organic photochromic materials as sensitizing coloring matters is shifted to the longwave side within the range of several nm-several scores of nm corresponding to the aggregation state of molecular structural units. Throughthese procedures, the title dummy wafer fit for multiple recording having the organic photochromic material layers in extremely high stability and excellent repeated endurance can be obtained. |
