PURPOSE:To chamfer an end surface of a pipe cut in a predetermined length effectively by using a pair of chamfering tools in the light and left along a line at a little larger distance than the length of the pipe, supplying the pipe one by one, grasping it, and moving it right and left. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder 10 is actuated to supply a pipe P one by one in order by a mounting surface 14 of a supply lever 13 and a cam 7 of a rolling plate 6 to be stopped by a stopper 9. A vertically movable block 36 and a horizontal lever 51 are moved up to a first stage height, opened chucks 76 are moved up to support the pipe P, the block 36 and the horizontal lever 51 are moved up to a second stage position, where the pipe P is chucked. Pressure fluid is sent to a right side cylinder of right/left movable cylinders 40, and the horizontal lever 51 is pushed left to move the chucks 76 left, and the pipe P is pushed to a left chamfering tool, so the left end is chamfered, and it is then moved right, so the right end surface is chamfered by a right chamfering tool, where pressure fluid is disconnected, the horizontal lever 51, chucks 76, pipe P, etc., are returned to the center, and the chucks 76 are opened. |
