<p>The present invention provides a tyre with inclined elastic support blocks (3) on its outer surface (4), wherein, a number of elastic convex blocks are uniformly arranged on and integrated with the outer circumference surface of the tyre, which direct against the rotation direction of the tyre, and in each convex block (3) there is a branch (6) of a ring arbor (5) which inclination direction is in accordance with said convex block (3).
