DEVICE FOR PROTECTION FROM PUMPING OF CENTRIFUGAL COMPRESSOR

The device ensures reliable protection of a compressor actuated by electricity. It contains a pressure gauge, first filter, pulsations counter, actuation of the outgoing stopping valve and actuation of a counter-pumping valve. It also contains a first trigger, consecutively connected power gauge of power actuation, demodulator, switch, a second filter, an amplifier, first comparator, summator, timer-circuit and a zero bloc; consecutively connected functional transformer and second comparator; consecutively connected deciphering mechanism, second trigger and a management bloc, included in the actuation of the outgoing stopping valve. The pressure gauge is included in the switch, connected with the first filter, plugged to the functional transformer. The first comparator is plugged to the functional transformer, the second - via its plug - to the amplifier and with its outlet to the summator connected to the counter, included in the deciphering device to the first trigger. The outlet of the nulling bloc is connected to the first and second trigger and the counter, while the outlet of the first trigger - with the actuation of the counter-pumping valve.
