REFRACTORY FOR MANIFACTURE OF PRODUCTS FOR METAL- FOUNDING

The fire-clay is used for production of goods, and in particular, of fire-resistant glasses. It has very strong and is thermally-resistant, while its extraction allows the utilization of waste materials such as refractory and electrotopic corrund. The fire-clay device is prepared from steam-porous substance, containing in %: high allumooxide waste refractory from 25 to 45 with grain-metric composition 50% fraction below 0.5 mm and 50% fraction from 1.0 to 2.00 mm, waste electrotopic corrund from abrasive instruments with grain-metric composition of below 0.5 mm from 25 to 45, kaolin from 10 to 20 and fire-clay from 10 to 20. In some cases, the high allumooxide refractory and the electro-melted corrund may partially be replaced with refractory class A in a quantity of up to 50%, while the grain-metric composition in the two refractories is the same.
