INSTALLATION FOR HYDRAULIC REFRIGERATION OF HOT ROLLED METAL TAPE

The installation is intended for rolled-iron production in metalworking. It has reduced size, enhanced reliability, apt for repair and power-saving at work. It ensures improved quality of the rolled metal. The installation contains thrust pipelines (1) with branchings (2), to which are fitted filters (4) with regulated valves (3), connected with collectors, located below and above the cooled metallic tape (9). The collectors represent systems with apertures (5) and systems with incisions (6), arranged consecutively, while in the initial section of cooling in the direction of rolling, the number of incised systems (6) is bigger than the number of systems with apertures (5).
