A system for managing user information is provided to inquire game/user information set in membership registration in real-time and transfer the information to a contents game user side when the user/game information is damaged during management of a contents game. A game management server(210) stores/manages user and game information. An authentication server determines to permit use of a game service of the game management server based on the user information stored in the game management server. The game management server includes a transmitter(230) transmitting the user/game information, a device manager(240), an information inquirer(250) inquiring the user/game information transmitted from the device manager and a UIMS(User Information Management System) interface device(260). The device manager includes user and game databases(22,24) respectively storing the received user and game information. The inquiry inquirer includes a member information inquiring module(32), a character information inquiring module(34), a game log inquiring module(36), a system notification module(38), a system information module(40) and a statistics module(42). |
