DEVICE FOR DOSAGE OF DUSTY MATERIALS

The device is applied during gas-thermic welding and layering in repair activity in engine construction, machine building, etc. It provides for simplified regulation of the dust quantity at a reduced percentage of the variances of the set quantity. The device consists of a bunker (1) for dust, covered with a lid (2), in which is fitted a levelling tube (3) for feeding with gas. The bottom part of the bunker (1), which is conical, is attached hermetically to a compound corpus (4). To the corpus (4), containing a top (12) and bottom (13) part, is fitted an orifice (5), connecting a system for gas transportation with a ring channel (6), which is fitted within the compound corpus (4) between the two parts (12 and 13). The ring channel (6) is connected with a ring-shaped space (7), restricted by an internal (8) and external (9) cylindrical coaxial tube, centrally fitted in the bottom part of the bunker (1). Between the tubes (8,9) and the corpus part of the bunker (1) is formed a space (10) filled with dust material. The top part of the external tube (9) is muted, while the top edge of the internal tube (8), which is for leading the dust blend away, is open and connects the ring-shaped space (7) with the injector (11), fitted in the compound corpus (4) as well.
