The device is applied in surgery for cutting hollow organs with a lasic ray. It implements incision of the wall of the hollow organ at the defined place and excludes the traumatization of the tissue. The device contains an optical quantum generator, light conduit with a terminal and a surgic clamp consisting of two jointly connected shoulders. The top shoulder in its working part has a longitudinal aperture, which lets through the lasic ray. The same shoulder holds a limiter in the shape of a plate arched along the rib. The length S of the rib is defined so that the limiter enters the aperture of the bottom shoulder at the opening of shoulders at angle α.
