A system and a method for authenticating a customer, and a program recording medium thereof are provided to authenticate a messenger banking customer easily by providing a membership authentication result of a messenger server to a messenger banking server when a messenger member logins to the messenger server through a messenger program. A primary authenticator(1225) authenticates a message banking customer primarily based on login information of the message banking customer. A secondary authentication requestor(1260) requests a banking server corresponding to messenger banking to authenticate the message banking customer secondarily in response to a primary authentication result. A banking service provider(1265) provides a message banking service to a customer terminal in response to a secondary authentication result received from the banking server. |
