A flux cartridge for a solder ball attach machine is provided to previously prevent a flux pin form being bent during a process of staining a flux on a pattern of a substrate or wafer by using the flux cartridge. A flux cartridge for a solder ball attach machine includes a plurality of flux pins(232), an outer plate(231), a pressurizing member(233), a block body(235), and springs(234). The plurality of flux pins are arranged correspondingly to a pattern of a substrate or wafer. A plurality of through-holes are formed on the outer plate. The pressurizing member has a pressurizing surface which pressures the flux pins according to each pattern unit. A part of the pressurizing member is received in the block body, and a plurality of pressurizing member insertion holes are formed in the block body to guide the pressurizing member. The springs are installed on each pressurizing member to provide an elastic force in a direction in which the flux pins are pushed outward.
