The refrigerator equips dampers/deoderizing devices at the exit/ entrance at a middle damper for controlling the cool air flow and oder, and a fan/a heater at a capsule positioned within the middle chamber for ripening the fermented food. So the devices within the middle chamber prevents the fermented food oder from dispersing through the other chambers according to the S/W built-in micro computer. The method comprises a first step of determining whether the the food has to be ripened, a second step of regulating the ripening temp. within the chamber by actuating the fan/heater, and a third step of circulating the cool air through the middle chamber by opening the dampers if determined not to ripen the food at the first step.
