<p>PURPOSE:To quickly and surely output an important message in such form that it is easy to see by comparing the priority level after update with a prescribed value to decide whether output is permitted or not by a message real time output decision means. CONSTITUTION:When a message output request is generated, a message management update means 13 updates the frequency in generation of this message output request in a message management table 11 and reduces the priority level. At each time of this update, a message real time output decision means 14 decides whether an output device 2 is in course of message output processing or not; and when it is not in course of message output processing, the decision means 14 refers to the table 11 to decide whether the updated priority level is higher than a certain value or not. When it is higher than the certain value the decision means 14 requests a message output means 16 to output a message corresponding to the message output request whose priority level is updated. This means 16 outputs this message. Thus, the important message is quickly and surely outputted in such form that it is easy to see, and the degradation in operation for frequent generation of the message output request is prevented.</p> |
