<p>PURPOSE:To rapidly and easily interpolate a non-circular shape and to improve the working efficiency of the shape by expressing a three-dimensional non-circular work shape by required coordinate axis coordinates, rotational axis rotating angles, etc., converting the non-circular shape into distances from a prescribed reference point and then converting the distances into rectangular coordinates to display the coordinates. CONSTITUTION:When the rotational center axis Z of the three-dimensional non-circular work at the time of setting up the work on an NC working machine, coordinate values Zp, Pp in the coordinate axis which is the vertical axis X rectangular to the axis Z and the rotational angle Cp of a work rotating axis C are inputted through a keyboard, the shape P of the non-circular work is expressed. When a required reference point coordinates to be optionally set up are inputted on the X axis, the coordinate point P is converted into a coordinate point P' indicating the non-circular shape of a distance from the reference point through a processor. These shape coordinate points are converted into a rectangular coordinates consisting of a C-X plane and a Z-X plane and the non-circular shape of the rectangular coordinates is displayed on a display means. Thus, the shape of the non-circular shape can be rapidly and easily interpolated without working it, so that the NC working efficiency of a slight non-circular shape part arranged on the opposite side to a combustion room in an internal combustion engine can be improved.</p> |
