When a required reference point coordinates to be optionally set up are inputted on the X axis, the coordinate point P is converted into a coordinate point P' indicating the non-circular shape of a distance from the reference point through a processor. These shape coordinate points are converted into a rectangular coordinates consisting of a C-X plane and a Z-X plane and the non-circular shape of the rectangular coordinates is displayed on a display means. Thus, the shape of the non-circular shape can be rapidly and easily interpolated without working it, so that the NC working efficiency of a slight non-circular shape part arranged on the opposite side to a combustion room in an internal combustion engine can be improved.</p>
