<p>PURPOSE:To improve sensing accuracy by individually laminating a sensor film containing a hydrophilic compound and a dyestuff film. CONSTITUTION:The sensor film 12 containing the hydrophilic compound is formed on a transparent base 11 through the dyestuff film 13 and a light emitting element 21 and a light receiving element 22 are arranged on the rear face side of the base 11 and unitedly stored in a casing 30. Light from the element 21 is made incident from the rear face of the base 11, a mirror reflection factor is detected by the element 22 and water vapour is detected and determined. Adjacent arrangement of both the elements 21, 22 is preferable, and when reflection based upon mirror reflection <=20 deg., preferably <=5 deg., is measured, the sensitivity is improved and high accuracy is obtained.</p> |
