<p>The method makes it possible to search the audio information of a tape at a high speed, and the method includes the steps of: detecting the current revolution speed of a drum motor; detecting the detection error by detecting the deviations of the revolutions of the drum motor; and compensating the revolution speed of the drum motor by driving the drum motor in accordance with filtered drum motor driving signals, the filtered drum motor driving signals being generated by combining integrated and amplified signals and the pulse width modulated signals of the second step above. According to the present invention, a high speed data processing is possible, and the tracks of the tape can be precisely traced.</p> |
