<p>PURPOSE:To improve plural evaluation functions to efficiently generate an optimum solution by providing an optimizing step which executes a solution generating step corresponding to a new plan strategy to branch the state. CONSTITUTION:After a plan result table 103 and a plan process trace table 104 are initialized, a solution generating part 110 is started to generate an initial solution. Next, an evaluating part 111 is started to calculate the evaluation value related to each evaluation item with respect to the latest generated solution to select the best case related to a set improvement evaluation item from already generated solutions. An optimizing part 112 is started to obtain a position, where an assigned strategy is changed in the state of the solution generation process of the best case, and a new strategy to be used, and the state is stacked back to this position, and the strategy is changed to this new assigned strategy. Thus, plural evaluation functions are improved to efficiently generate an optimum solution in various plan problems.</p> |
