PURPOSE:To deliver an electronic mail to a desired destination at all times by providing newest information relating to a destination to each computer. CONSTITUTION:When information relating to destination 15 registered, deleted or revised in a computer 2a, a user management function 5 extracts an address of other computer connecting to a network 1 from a network management area 3 to generate an electronic mail for destination management. The electronic mail for destination management includes at least an address of other computer, an address of its own computer and information relating to registered, deleted or revised destination. Thus, the electronic mail for the said destination management is delivered in terms of a multiple address mail to other computers by a mail transfer function 6. Then the content of a destination management area 4 of its own computer is edited by the user management function 5 based on the registered, deleted or revised destination.
