PURPOSE:To drastically reduce a folding work manday by constituting an outside folding bar of a pair of folding bars and making it possible for a pair of the folding bars reciprocally to come close to each other in the cross direction. CONSTITUTION:Upper step and middle step outside folding bars 21a, 21b are formed into a pair of two bars in the cross direction and held with an initial pair of drive blocks 71, 71, and a lower step outside folding bar 21c is held by a secondary pair of drive blocks 73, 73 in the same way. And each of the drive blocks 71, 73 held by guide rods 75, 75 on their both side parts and simultaneously, their central part is screwed with a drive screw 77. The drive screw 77 is made so that its front side is a right-handed screw and its rear side a left-handed screw and that each pair of folding bar separates from and approaches to each other in accordance with right and left turning of the drive screw 77. In this constitution, it comes to be easier to pull out the folding bars and prevent deformation of the air bag (b) once folded as well as easier to correspond to change of folding width. |
