PURPOSE:To quicken convergence, and to obtain a result in a short time by using both random data change and heuristic data change. CONSTITUTION:A rule base 1 to store a heuristic rule, a data base 2 to store data, a rule selecting part 3 to select to use either a random rule or the heuristic rule as referring to temperature or present cost, a random rule selecting part 4 determine at random how to change the data, and a heuristic rule selecting part 5 to select an object to be executed from the rule base 1 as referring to the data of the data base 2, the temperature and the cost, etc., are provided. In this case, for instance, when the temperature is high, a system acts like a simulated annealing method, and after the temperature falls and a converging destination is known to a certain extent, the heuristic rule is used. Thus, the convergence is quickened, and the result can be obtained in a short time. |
