PURPOSE:To prevent a distribution cord from being disconnected by penetrating the distribution cord in a piston rod, and thereby interposing a seal ring between a linear solenoid and the bottom face of a solenoid case in a damper operated by the exciting current of a linear solenoid. CONSTITUTION:A linear solenoid 80 is made up out of a case in which a metallic cylinder 80a and metallic end plates 80b and 80c are mutually bonded fixedly, a solenoid coil 80d and of a plunger 82. The distribution cord 80g of the coil 80d is penetrated through the end plate 80c and the passage 58a of a piston rod 58 so as to be led outside. Resin 80h is filled in a place enclosed by the cylinder 80a, the end plate 80c, a guide cylinder 80f and a bottom face 80e. The linear solenoid 80 is inserted into a solenoid case 60 from the side of a piston body 62, and it is held in the solenoid case 60 by means of the piston body 62 which is threadedly bonded to the solenoid case 60 while a seal ring 80i composed of 'O' rings is being held. |
